Hi,
Hope someone has insight into my situation. In short,
a) I was working in the US on H1B visa for a few years for company X until a couple of years ago.
b) I then moved to my home country and did contract work from my home country for that same company X for the last 2 years.
c) Now I am evaluating the possibility of moving back to the US and become an employee again with same company X.
Question: Will this back and forth with the same company cause issues with the green card through employment process? I would be in the EB2 category I believe, holding an MS degree from an US university, and in the LCA documents I see they require your history of employment, which would definitely show that back and forth.
Thanks for your help!
