Hi,
I have Bachelors Degree from India (Bachelor of Science) with a PGDCA certificate(Diploma) plus 16+ years of experience as Architect and also Manager (More than 3 years).
My Current employer is willing to apply my GC but the attorney is saying I am not eligible for EB2, where as my other friends saying that with the experience what I am hold will definetly eligible for the EB2.
I am confused and I am loosing time, appreciate help making it clear whether I really eligible for EB2 or EB3.
