US citizen applying a Greencard for Mother (I-130)

I am planning to apply for green card for my mother. But I noticed that My mother name was spelled wrong on my date of birth certificate and on her passport.

Her name does not match on those two places. How I can I correct her name? Is it ok if I apply for greencard like that?
