Wait period for my sisters' Green Cards

I'm a naturalized U.S. citizen. I'm originally from Kenya.

One of my sisters has a priority date of June 1, 2011.

The other sister has a priority date of July 5, 2012 (I have only received confirmation that the I-130 has been received. Approval is still pending. But I was given a July 5, 2012 priority date).

I have 2 important questions because I have heard different things:

1) Do family-sponsored Green Cards for siblings of American citizens take the same period for every country?

2) If anyone knows, roughly how long will it take for each of my sisters to get their Green Cards?

No. Mexico & Philippines right now have longer processing time under F4 category. Your country belongs to Worldwide.

2) If anyone knows, roughly how long will it take for each of my sisters to get their Green Cards?

Look at the Visa Bulletin published every month. For F4 current PD is March 22, 2001 (taking roughly 11.5 years as of last VB).
