I have quick question. I am trying to apply for my parent based on I-130 & I-485 at same time.
Can I process for I -130 & I-485 first without I-693(Medical record) first and in then I can prepare record wiht physician and submit later.
My intention is to start process so application date can be blocked. Is this approach acceptable by USCIS?
Or do I need to submit everythin(including I-693) together???
