We filed I-130 and I-485 in August 2012 for my parents.
The finger printing was completed in Atlanta in September 2012 however there is no sign of approval. I am very worried as parents are anxious to get back home.
The receipt # says MSC. I am not sure where is I-130 going to be processed and where is I-485 going to be processed and also the current processing dates.
My parents are with me in Atlanta.
I-130 applicant is my sister based in NY.
MSC (NBC) does not process I-130 or I-485.
Atlanta processes I-485. I am really confused. Kindly help.
