I want some information regarding green card process.

1. My brother got American citizen ship 2days back. Now I want to know the process to apply sisters.

2. I got married and I am living in USA from 2008.

3. What are the chances to get green card to me and how much time it will take?

4. What is the process?

Some people told who live in the USA ,they have more chances to get greencard than who live in the India?

Is this correct?

Your brother has to file I-130 (F4 category). It takes approx 12 or more years for this category to get the GC. Beneficiary who lives in the US waits the same length of time as someone abroad, i.e. no advantage.
