I am planning to file GC application for my mom who is with me currently. She is here abt 3 weeks, so is OK to file her AOS now or do I have to wait for a certain period of time before I can file her case.
Another questions I have is that my birth certificate does not have my name on it. My name was decided after few days of my birth, so it was not documented on the certificate. So I have a birth certificate detailing my sex, birth date and time, my mothers name is stated as her first name and then wife of my fathers name. Can anyone guide me what should I be submitting as a secondary or back up document in this case. Can I use the below example for my case with my mom signing a notarized affidavit here in US and submitting it as a secondary /back up doument to my BC.
