Marriage

Dear friends,

Please give advice to me...

I am married in my own country (outside USA). I do not live with my wife but we are still in marriage.
Whether this will be a problem with immigration officers (or somewhere else) when I have first interview because I have opportunity to marry with USA Citizen, but I don t have any USA documents???

Did someone file a petition for you ? Who filed the petition?

Not yet filed petition...I'm afraid to make a federal offense.

If I get wright advice,that my current marriage wont be problem (I don t live with that wife, but we are not divorced) then petition will be made, by my new future wife in USA....

You cannot marry another person until your previous marriage has been terminated either by divorce or annulment. If you do marry then it will be bigamy and will be invalid. Therefore the US citizen cannot petition you. Do it the right way so you will not have any problem in the future.
