File I-130 for your husband. For your baby, you can file for Child Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) in the US Embassy in Canada. You need to establish domicile in the US before your family moves there.Originally posted by Autumn Lobach View PostHi, I'm a U.S Citizen who is living in Canada, married to a Canadian and I've been married for 3 years and have recently had a baby boy, and My husband and I want to move to the U.S (he want's to pursue his Phd and I want to work) What is the best/fastest way to bring my husband and son to the U.S? I live in Canada with my Husband and son, what's the best way to bring them to the US
I have been away from my husband since September 26th of last year now and I wanna see him so bad . I Went last November to visit him in The United States because I applied for my Visa they said that I had to go back to Canada and wait for my visa . It has been 6months now , can't I go back for a visit to see my husband while waiting for my interview for my visa in Canada . They stamped my visa and let me visit and wrote b2 and told me to return on the date they told me to and I did exactly on that date . It says when I went to visit and its stamped when I went back to Canada which is home . Can I just try going to the boarder with my passport and get a visa there and how much is it on the spot like that ? Pls let me know I miss him so much . Thank you !

If your husband is a US citizen he should file I-130 for you. There is very little waiting time so you should be able to get an immigrant visa soon.Originally posted by Nikki View PostI have been away from my husband since September 26th of last year now and I wanna see him so bad .
