Hi Everybody,
I need some advise, because my brother filled for me an I-130 since 2002. I'm still waiting.
What do I need to do,to speed the process.

Did your brother receive a notice of approval of the petition yet?
You will receive notification when a visa number is available for you
which is going to be many years depending on which country you belong to.
