RFE: Proof of Citizenship for petitioner (F2A)

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate if someone could help me out..
My husband is a Permanent resident, and since F2A category is current for August and Sept, we applied for my Green Card on that basis.
Today I got Request for evidence that the I-130 petitioner is a US Citizen...
I am very confused and don't even know how to act in this case.
Please advise

Are you a green card holder or US Citizen.
If you are GC holder, send them photo copy of your GC both sides, and write them back that you are GC holder and you are submiyting the copies of GC.
If you are US Citizen, then send them the copy of certificate of citizenship.

I am under the same situation, but I got my RFE on sept 12 and i just mail a letter explaining the reasons of why i filed and a copy of the august 2013 bulletin. Have you had any answers in your case? i just know that they received but i am not sure if what i mail was right or not.
