  • Please help me!!!

Hello Immigration guru's, I request your expert advice in this regard.

I married my ex in March-2009 and got conditional Permanent Resident card through her in June 2009. But in December 2009 I joined US army and got my Citizenship through them in August 2010. Due to personal reasons I got divorced in January 2011.
I got married to my present spouse in June 2013 and would like to sponsor her for Permanent Resident card. I was told that I need to wait for 5 years before I can sponsor her for Green Card? If so how much longer do I need to wait? Can i get a waiver from this requirement? If so, what are my chances?
I would really appreciate your valuable time and expert advice in this regard.
    Thanks in advance.

A couple of years ago, I asked the same question in an immigration forum and they told me that I have to wait for 5 years. Now I am really confused. Immigration guru's, can you please confirm it. If I don't have to wait, then I will start the process now. Can some one recommend me a good immigration lawyer in California?
      Thanks for your help.
