2 American citizen siblings co-sponsoring parents

Hi. I have a question. If two US citizen siblings sponsor their parents at the same time, is the visa process going to be shorter than if only one sibling did so?
How long does the whole thing take anyway? Regardless of the answer.

No, it is not going to be any faster.

It would take around 8 to 10 months in total.
