Help needed on Question 14 on I 130

I need help on answering the question 14 "If your relative is residing in the US,complete the following He or She arrived as"
I arrived in US in the year 2008 on F1 Visa as a student but in 2011 I changed my Visa status to H1B and the recent entry is in Feb 2014
So should I write about my first entry in 2008 or my recent entry on the Form I 130

The reson I have this doubt is because the next question on this section is my I 94 information, it asks me about the I 94# and the entry date

Use the most recent arrival date, in 2014.
