marrying illegal alien

I am really confused on where to start. Currently I am living with my fiance. He is here illegally and we are expecting a baby. We have been together for a year and we want to get married but don't know when or where to do this?
Here in the United States or Mexico. I could not handle it if we had to be seperated for any amount of time. What do I do?

US citizens can file for spouse even if the spouse is in US illegally.

Not the original poster, but my question is on the same tangent =P

My wife (US citizen) and I (Canadian) were married last year in Canada. The day after, we drove through the border to our flight in Seattle. Unfortunately, I didn't get a stamp on my passport -_-

So now I'm wondering how to go about this.. I have the forms I-130, G-325A and I-864A's all filled out and the required identification/tax forms, etc.

Except I was just reading the Adjustment of Status (I'm in the US still) form and it states ineligibility if I don't have the Visa..

So yeah, do I not have to file the AoS or am I missing something hehe.

I believe you entered US illegally. Therefore, you can't file adjustment of status.

which is what I was confused about.. Do my other applications need the Adjustment of Status or can I go without it and just send in what I have now?

US citizen spouse should file I-130 and accompanying documents.

You can't file I-485. You will have to do consular processing.
