getting married after receiving visa for f2b

i'm living with my girlfriend and we have a baby girl now. we're not yet getting married because she is waiting for the petition filed by her immigrant mother (F2B-unmarried sons/daughter of immigrant) and she is waiting for the priority date(april1997) to become current .

my question is can we get married after the time she received the visa before entering u.s.?

No, you can't do that.

If she gets married before entering the US, she will not be able to become permanent resident because she is no longer unmarried and therefore not eligible for greencard.
