Long story short, got my citizenship through marriage recently. Want to get reunion with my parents and brother '16 years old' they live in Syria 'there's a civil war' we lost our house and now they r renting an apartment within Syria but safer place. What forms should I fill out? What's the time frame till they get their visas?
P.s they have an expired U.N refugees papers when they stayed in Lebanon before they got back to Syria.

You can petition your mom and your brother separately. Your mom will be considered "immediate priority," but your brother's visa eligibility will be subject to a quota wait.

For each, you must submit form I-130 with proof of relationship and $420 fee.

Well the problem is my parents don't wanna leave my brother and take off before he gets his visa. I have heard that he can join them for humanitarian reason? Have no idea how to request that tho

A humanitarian parole is best obtained with help of a Congressional office.
