How many more months to go? and CSPA ACT. Please help.

Hie, My category is F4 (PD:13th sept 2002). I have to pay IV fees now which is $325. We are 4 in a family but age is 22 and so my name is not included in the ceac website, sources suggest i qualify for CSPA. What should i do so that i can accompany with my parents. And also how many more months to go, this waiting is killing

Usually the embassy officials check to see whether you are elgible under CSPA before excluding you from the original approval. This is what I have been told. Even if not, you can check yourself to see whether you qualify.

What happens next is, your parents will have to file another application for you and that will be treated as a new application requiring you to wait for another 7 years at least. My advice is to see whether you can enter a university in US, so you can still be with your family. The embassy still can reject your application for studies since you will have rest of your family in US, and therefore they can argue you have 'immigrant intent'
