I recently spent some time in Turkey and got married. I am in America and my husband is still in Turkey. I know that my income needs to be 125% above the poverty line to sponsor. But I am no where near that. My Question is this, My Husband owns land enough land to support us both. Is this enough for him to get a visa? Please help.
