regarding 21 age in f4.

Hello!
I am Pritpal Singh. My case comes under f4 catagoery. which is for brothers and sisters of US citizens. my birthday is on 1st jan,2006. and i enquiried in US embassy, they told me that we schedule ur interview in the month of january. so at that time i shall pass 21. SO please any one tell me that whether i recieve visa or not. By the way, when our priority date become current, i was 20 and 1/2 years old. please help me. I am in confusion. please please help me.

You can't get it.

You need to be under 21 during the entire process.

For those who have filed the green card in recent years, the rules are different under Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). However, as F4 takes around 13-14 years and if your date is current now, it must be around 1993 and CSPA is not applicable to you.
