how long is the I-693 form valid

I am applying for marriage based GC.

I got I-693 filled from doctor around last week of Aug 2014. Due to some delays I will be finally submitting my package to USCIC within 2-3 days.

My concern is will the USCIC accept the I-693 because its 4 months old now

The I-693 is good for one year, when done in the U.S..
