Isn't it that I-130 f2a category processing times range 3-5 months to approve at USCIS, in what month does USCIS ask for RFE if there is any?

Al,

Since the F2A category is quota-based, USCIS may take longer to approve the petition, 4-10 months.

USCIS will not send an RFE until a staff person actually reviews your petition, 2-6 months after receipt.

Case at NVC

Mr Ray B,

My case has been approved and now at NVC, when did they probably contact me and start my process?I mean, NVC will contact me before my PD become current,right?How many months away from the current PD I will begin my process?
