My step father is a U.S citizen and living there. what he can do for us in getting us a green card /citizenship ? and how long will it take ?
my mother and me are currently living in Asian country .

If your stepfather and mother married before you turned 18, he can petition you with Form I-130.

If your stepfather and mother married after you turned 18, he cannot petition you.

Thanks for the reply .please tell how long it would take i.e if he file form Form I-130. ?
( They were married before i turned 18 )

Timeframe, from submittal of paperwork to Embassy interview, would be 10-11 months if you are under age 21.

If age 21 or older, several years.
