Hello everyone,
Can someone please tell me how may months does it take for the I 130 form to be approved if my spouse is a citizen or a green card holder.

If spouse is a U.S citizen, petitions are being approved in 2-5 months. If spouse is a Green Card petition, could be 6-12 months for the petition approval.
