Hi,
I am US Citizen and I did Petition for my Wife and Petition get approved already by USCIS and also I have paid fees $120 for Affidavit of support. My wife has a 10 year old son from her previous marriage and I want to bring him here. when I fill I130, I didn't mention his name on it, because he is studding in India and we both need some time to introduce each other. Now I am thinking to bring him here along with my wife, but have no idea what to do. I have some question, if some one can help on this.
Question #1. what document I need to apply for him? or my wife can add his name directly into DSL form, so he can come here along with his mother?
Question #2. will it be delay current process for my wife and how long?
Question #3. In case if it will be delay much current process for my wife, I don't want make it to delay. so me or my wife can do Petition for him in future?
Greatly appreciate to response of my question's answer with proper procedure with instruction/information.
