hai everyone..
my brother is on a L1 visa ,and is wrking in the US , from aug 12 2004..
Can he sponsor his MOTHER as well as Me on a Family Visa / MUlitple entry VIsa..? what DOCUMENTS he as well as we shld submit.? Can he do this from US itself.? She is 62 years old & a widower.

He can get L2 visa for his wife and unmarried children below age 21.

what category is the visitir visa..?? Can we say that we are going to visit our brother there [me] and my mother going to visit her Son. --will they reject us if they hear this../?
What is meant by MUltiple ENTRy VISA>.?? is that applicable to me & my Mother..?? How can we apply for that..?

1. Visitor visa is B2 visa and it is non-immigrant visa. It is fine to ask for visitor visa to visit family.

2. Multiple entry visa means that you can enter US multiple times using the same visa until it expires. You don't have to apply for visa every time you wish to visit US.
