QNo.20: List below all places you have lived for at least six months since reaching the age of 16, including places in your country of nationality. Begin with your present residence.

My question is : I need to provide my residence details or my children?

You need to provide details of the applicant. If you are applying for your green card, put your details. If your children are applying for green card, put theirs.
