I-864 Annual Individual Income or joint adjusted gross income for BOTH???
Hello all,
On form I-864, Part 6, item 5 (current individual annual income) how can we get a number for this? Is it total wages on W2s (combined all W2s of the petitioner) or from where? I looked at the tax transcript of last year and couldn't figure out which line I should use since transcript only shows combined adjusted gross income, not individual income of each person on the joint tax return.
On this petition, the sponsor is my wife (who has income) who files I-864. I am her husband who files I-864A. Another joint sponsor who is my cousin (single) files I-864. With that situation, does item 5 (current individual annual income) will be the same as item 13.1.a (joint adjusted income of mine and my wife) ?
Please help. Thank you!
