Hi,
I would appriciate any kind of input in my case.
My Sister has recived her Citizenship in Dec'2005 and is planning to sponser my mom for the green card.
We lost our father in Apr'2005 and from then on my mom went for visa twice and got rejected as the officers feel she is a potential immigrant.
My quetion is.
1)I need any kind of feedback on u'r personal experience how to go about with filing of the case for greencard?
2)once applied how many months will it take for her to get the greencard.?
3)Will it be ok if we try again for visa and by gods grace if she gets the visa ,she can come over to US then apply for Greencard and go in for the adjustment of status here itself and continue in US (any experinces.) or else is it better to send her back to india and go in for the counsular processing in india.
