Education options on a conditional green card

I am married to a green card holder. My priority date is April 2015. I want to know what do I need to know and to do to study in the US after I go there on a conditional green card. I am currently in college in India but I am going to drop out soon. So basically, I have completed my 12th grade in India and would like to know my options about studying in the US. Thanks!

You're permanent resident (although its conditional but there is no difference in terms of right for conditional and permanent green card except conditional is for 2 years inwhich condition needs to be removed by end of 2nd year).
12th grade normally take SAT exam to enroll into Bachelor's/ Universities.

What about TOEFL and IELTS?

Am I required to give TOEFL and IELTS with SAT's? And what's the procedure for giving SAT's in my particular case?
