Immigration Issue - Parents

Hi

I had sponsered my parents for Green Card, they stayed here in US for about one year. They went back to INDIA, and they are still there since last 2 years. I want to call them again on immigration(Green Card). What are my options ?

Can they use the same Green Card ? Or i have to again apply for them ?
What are the chances of continuing with same GC, and what i have to do for that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unless they got reentry permit, they no longer have green card.
