i just got married in usa , my wife is a lawful permanent resident card holder. i came here as a visitor visa but before expiring my visa i changed it to student visa still this case on pending it means i am waiting for approval for f1 (student visa). should my wife apply for me now or i should wait until i get approval from uscis , pls anyone help me ..................
i want to know how long take for approval for i 130 form , and if i want to get 10 years permanent residence what i need to be done ?
