F1 opt out to F2B

Hi:

Dad applied to me when he was PR (F2B).
Last year, he became a citizen (F1).

when I sent my documents to NVC, seems they changed my category to F1.
Since F1 is slower than F2B, I want to opt out.

Does anybody know what is the process to do so? to which email or mail i have to send my request? how much it will take to approve the request

Why, no call and find out to be sure.
I doubt it can be done, since that's the category you r currently in and Visa Cards, when given, also have the category marked on them, identifying the category you r in when u received your Permanent Resident Card.
