Just go to the NVC website at: http://travel.state.gov/contenthttps...formation.html
With the information provided at that link, you can telephone the NVC or send a message through their messaging application at that same location.

I have been trying to talk to an agent for the last one month. They have a recording going on which basicaly informs that they have "more than usual call volume" and to call back later. I have tried calling at midnight, early morning and different times a day, and it is the same recording.Originally posted by rayb View PostThe NVC is very slow to reply to their messaging system or email. No, the NVC is only interested in sponsorship and civil documents. Proof of relationship will be needed at an Embassy interview.
