NVC Visa Time Frame

Hello,
My wife I-130 has been approved and moved the case in NVC and NVC sent the welcome package with all the invoices. I already submitted the fees and affidavit of support form and almost three months gone but not schedule the interview date yet. My priority date is not current.

Any idea how long it will take to schedule the interview?

You said you paid the fees and submitted the I-864.

Did you fill DS 260 and DS 261 online yet.???.


Also after filing these two forms your neend to send your wife's two passport size pics, Police report, your wife's passport firts three pages copy,ORIGINAL birth certificate of your wife and ORIGINAL marriage certificate with English translation if these two certificates are any other language.

If you did not send these papers and did not fill up DS 260 and DS 261 then your case is not complete yet.In that case fallow this link.

How long after the I-130 approval did you get the "NVC welcome package" with the request for affidavit of support etc.? My wife received the approval something like 5 months ago and still nothing from NVC, should we be concerned? Priority date is APR15 (so according to the visa bulletin it will be current in about a year if speed stays the same)

My mom filed a petition for f3 category when she was a GC holder in 2006, she got her citizens in 2010 and I got married in 2011, shortly after my wedding I was contacted by NVC that I should pay for my GC process and choice of agent form. But my mom later inform them about my marriage which they requested for my wife Birth certificate nd marriage certificate respectively of which in less than 2moths months I was notify about my wife inclusion into my file in application and d priority was retained.
Early this year my mum celebrated 50th marriage anniversary with my Dad, this made us apply for non immigrant visa when filling the DS 160 form we never mention about our pending application with NVC we only stay in the US for 3wks.

Question 1, how many years does it take f3 to be matured?
Question 2, will there be issues for not mentioning about our pending application form with NVC?
