How to switch from H1B to Family based GC- EAD?

Hi, I have applied for GC in EB1 category and my wife is working on H1B. Her visa expires only in Sep 2016. I have filed concurrent in EB1 and hence will get I140 approved in 3 weeks. I have also filed Adjustment of Status to my wife.

1) So once my I140 gets approved in December, will my wife's H1B status change? can she continue to work in H1B till Sep 2016 and change it to EAD after that?

2) How can she change from H1B to Greencard EAD status after Sep 2016?
