Hi To all
My daughter and I are trying to figure out more or less when we can expect to receive a notice if God willing everything goes well!!!. On the USCIS website, it states that as of November 30, 2015 their processing timeframe of I-130/Permanent resident filling for an unmarried son or daughter over 21” for the CSC is May 12, 2015. What exactly does this mean?
According to the I-797, Notice of Action I received from DHS, my daughter Priority Date was January 3, 2011 with a Notice Date of August 29, 2013.
Somebody please help me know clarify this!!! And how long it will take for us to get another information from them.
