I-130 Doubt (complex case)
i am seeking help cause my case is a little complex.... in 2006 my aunt made a green card petition for her sister (my mom) in wich i was included, the case is currently in the department of state.
I am currently engaged to a medical doctor who is waiting for a contract to work at a hospital in New York (he is going to receive a J-1 or H-1b visa), the hospital gives him the option to ask a visa for me as a dependant ( i guess j-2 visa).
we both are currently holders of b1-b2 visas for over 20 years now he is 29 years old i am 28 year old.
My questions are these..... 1. If i get married does that alters my green card petition in any way?,........,
2. If he ask for me through the hospital does my green card application gets affected?
3. Can i make any use of the I485 form (adjustment of status)?
