Hi,
I filed my case in 2009, it was an I-130 application. Since then I have left the country and went back to Argentina. I saw today in the visa calendar that june 2009 is being processed and next month is september 1st 2009.
I just want to make sure I´m fully aware of the next steps and what should I do, since I´m already out of the country. I know I need to apply for the waiver, is that something I can start working on now? Or should I just wait? Please let me know.
