Questions on Affidavit of Support i864

I'm sponsoring my parents with an i130. Application has been approved and we're going through CP. Next up is the i864. I'm self-employed and I know I need to send my IRS returns, but they mention supporting self-employment documents. What are these documents, as they don't specify exactly what they need? My business is all Internet based, I receive payment through Paypal on my website, and then transfer all my funds to my bank account. What do I need to send in with my returns to prove self-employment?

Also, they say I need to be earh 125% of the poverty line for that year. Is this gross income or taxable income?

1. I assume you are filing tax returns and showing your income in the tax returns. Self-employed people file Form 1040 Schedule C to show their business income. Just send Form 1040 along with Schedule C.

2. I don't understand the question. Gross income is same taxable income. Are you not paying the taxes on all your income?
If your question is about gross income vs. after tax income, the answer is gross income.
