I am Vietnamese. My mother just cam to U.S two years and she already has Green Card. Now my mother would like to petition for my brother with his two sons. My brother is divorced already, is that status still considering as a single? My question is can my mother petition for her son who is already divorced with two nephews? One is 14 years old and another one is 18 years old. However, if my mother can petition my brother with her Green Card resident, can you please tell me what type of form my mother should fill out?
