Hello,

My spouse and I reached have been asked to send in financial documents and the DS 260 visa application.
Now my case is such, I moved to Bosnia 6 years ago, where I lived with my parents, who financially supported me, so I didnt work for 6 years, thus didnt file taxes while abroad since of no income.

I moved back to the USA in may where I got employed and make enough to sponsor my spouse, now since I dont have tax returns for the past years, can I even get a tax transcript? Should I write a letter stating my situations why I havent filled returns. What should be stated on the employer letter regarding my employment at my job? How many pay stubs need to be included?

Also on the NVC letter they mention Social Security Statements, do I need to submit this as well?

I got police certificates from Bosnia for my spouse and I, should I translate them to English since they are in Bosnian or is this not required?

My understanding is that you are now a US Citizen/Alien. You are asking if you can get a tax transcript. If you have not filed a tax return with the IRS then there would be no transcript to obtain. You can obtain free copies of your tax transcriptsthe official IRS website. You can get the last 3 years online. If you need more than 3 years then there is an IRS form you need to submit. Again, this would only be helpful if you have filed returns. I believe a letter describing your situation in detail should be sufficient. Just to be on the safeside, get it notorized. Its free at most banks.

Yes you will need to get your police certificate translated. It is required. You will need to submit a copy of your original police report as well as a certified/notarized copy of the English translation.

I do not for certain if a social security statement is required. However, you can easily creat an online account with the SSA and immediatly see if they have any information availabe.

You mentioned that you started working in May. If that is the only source of income you will be showing then it will NOT be sufficient. You need to provide your IRS tax return copies for the last 3 years or so. If that is the case, then you may need a co signer.
