Hi ,

My Priority date is SEPT-27-2002 under F4 Cat. and Last Year in JULY2015 this was CURRENT.

I among with my Wife who is accompanying with me appeared for Visa Interview at ND-US Embassy on MAY-4-2016. Consular at interview window told us that there is no issue with your Visa, its Approved condition to that they will wait for my Medical Sputum Report. and she kept the passport of my wife but returned mine saying that once we get your medical report we will call you to deposit your Passport.

in mid July 2016 my medical report was send to ND-US Embassy but due to RETRO my case was Hold/or Stopped, where as whenever i checked on line case status , it always show READY, anyway, now in OCT-2016 my PD will be Current again.

My Question is:-

1.does my Visa Application still stands Good as per my PD and RETRO
effect on the same.

2. If its still Good , as embassy already received my medical report, will they call me to submit my Passport for Approval of my Visa as i was told at the time of my Interview.

or should i myself try to contact them for the same via email or there call center.

1. My PD is 27-Sept-2002 and it becomes CURRENT first time in JUNE-2015.

2. I got my PCC on 17-Aug-2015

3.Bio-metric done on 20-April-2016

4.Vaccination and Medical done on 26-April-2016

5.Interview at ND-US Embassy on 04-May-2015

6.Sputum Sample given on 05 to07 May-2016

7.Sputum Report sent to ND-US-Embassy in Mid July-2016

8. Retro in July2016

9.PD again Becomes CURRENT in Oct-2016

who is the Principal Beneficiary?...it seems you will have to get your PCC afresh.
inquire at your Health Test Centre if and when they sent your clear Medical Report.
Contact the US Consulate via phone or Email.
You would have had made a online login account as advised by US Consulate.
Communicate on that explaining your Pending Case and what or when next course of action required by you...

I myself is Principal Applicant.
getting PCC after 1 year issue of Passport takes about 2 month time, am worried,as my case already late.
Health Test Centre told me that they sent my medical report in 3rd week of July-2016.

I have similar situation as you.
My aunt filed for my family under F4 category on 16 dec 2002. we have interview on 26 may 2016 but my mother is PRINCIPAL APPLICANT and she did not passed in medical examination and she have to undergo with sputum test.
my mother is not allowed to enter US consulate office and we (me,father,brother) have attened interview but they did not take interview without my mother (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT).
they told when we recived the medical examination report of my mother then you have to schedule interview date now they recive report of my mother.

You have to take new PCC when you go to US consulate.
Your medical is valid for only six month so as per your medical and vaccination date you have to again go for medical - you have to travel US before your visa expires (6 month) or medical report expiers which is near.
my medical also expiere in NOV month so we have to again go for medical test.

Contact Consulate they will response you.

if i am not wrong, One time vaccination works for rest of your life .than why6 need RE-Vaccination 2nd time ??????

Familiarise with above...it is manageable..just needs a little patience and all your Case Numbers,Priority Dates, Proper Exact Name as in Passport & Birth Dates..Applicant/Petitioner/Beneficiary Names. Try to be available at the Interview Date as Confirmed by NVC. NVC, USCIS and Consulate are Three different Agencies working on your Visa. Try understanding each a little and don't mix them up.
