i-130 Question 14 (regarding i-94 date arrived)

Hello,

I am currently under H1b status but recently got married to a US citizen. Currently in the process of filling out an i-130 and on question 14 it asks about the date arrived on my i-94. Is this referring to the last time I physically entered the US (which would be March 2013) or the last time I was issued an i-94 (which is August 2015 during my H1b renewal)?

USCIS is asking for date of entry. So at your point of entry CBP issued your I-94 on that date.
