I've recently filled an I-130 application for my daughter . She was married then got divorced before I filled the application. I just realized instead of putting she's divorced I put single . It also made me skip the section where it asked about any privious husband she had . Could that be a problem for her to get the visa ?

Yes, this lack of detail will trigger possibly a "Request for evidence" notice and it will affect her AOS and she will be refused during FBI Namecheck and finger printing.Originally posted by Venson Loriston View PostI've recently filled an I-130 application for my daughter .
