Sponsoring green card for parents visiting US on Tourist visa

Hello Everyone,

My name is Faisal and I'm new to the forum here. I got my citizenship in 2014.

My retired parents are on a three month visit to the US and I am thinking of applying for their GC. They have been here for 30 days already.

My question is - is it an issue if they rent as apartment nearby and stay over there. They will be spending most of the time at my house but will be sleeping and cooking at the apartment.

Will it adversely affect their GC application?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, in that case for their I-30 petition is it fine if I list their residential address as my address. They will be spending the majority of time at my place.
