Green Card Question/Help

Hi,

I was recently married in April to my husband (canadian) and I am American. He is currently working in the US through employer sponsorship. I was wondering what is the best and safest route to take in filing for his green card and adjustment of status.

Should we fill out the I-130 and then wait for the approval and then fill out the I-485 or do a concurrent filing?

The best and fastest thing would that you file his green card.

You can file I-130 and I-485 concurrently.
