Due Date is close to Interview Date

My priority date is april 2015 f2a category, im 7 months pregnant and my due date is january 2017. i am very worried if my baby born b4 my interview date. Can some1 tell me whats the pros ans cons if i had the baby b4 my date become current. really looking forward for some advise please and thank!

If the baby is born before your immigrant visa is issued then the baby will need to be added to the case and get an immigrant visa too. If the baby is born after the immigrant visa is issued, the baby doesn't need an immigrant visa and can just go along with you on your first entry to the US.
