I want to apply GC for my mother. I have only the following documents. I want to apply for consular processing because my mom wants to stay in India for personal reasons.
- My Passport.
- My DOB Certificate with only father's name.
- My Mother's DOB Non Availability Certificate. (These people took away the original Affidavit given by my uncle).
- My Mother's Passport, Aadhaar Card.
Is is absolutely necessary to provide a DOB certificate of my mother ? She is born in 1945. Are there any alternative ways to prove that she is my mother ? Can I opt to submit a DNA Report ?
